Throughout the past year, Redeemer has been reviewing its future sub-school structures in order to address issues affecting education over the next five to seven years. These issues include:
These matters have now been thoroughly researched and considered resulting in the following outcomes:
Some of these directions, such as student leadership initiatives and curriculum management, are already being implemented and will be developed further over the coming years.
The major change for Redeemer will be the restructuring of the sub-schools in 2015. This change will be thoroughly planned throughout the remainder of 2012, and will continue through 2013 and 2014. Parents will be kept informed of this progress through various communication methods, including the weekly newsletter, Redeemer Blue.
At the forefront of this change is our commitment to serve our students and families with educational excellence and our dedication to pastoral care. It is important to note that these changes support Redeemer’s mission and values and will strengthen Redeemer’s ability to carry out this mission into the future.
