About the role:
Redeemer Lutheran College is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant. This position is a permanent fulltime position, commencing 19 January 2026.
The Personal Assistant to the Business Manager is a School Officer position of seniority within the College, a position requiring absolute loyalty, trust and confidentiality. This position is pivotal in its service to others: students, staff, parents and members of the wider community. The Personal Assistant to the Business Manager is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Business Manager. The Personal Assistant to the Business Manager works as part of the Business Office team. All team members assist one another in busy times to ensure the efficient running of the Business Office.
This position includes (but not limited to) the following:
- Business Manager’s Office
- College Council administrative support
- Finance Office and Human Resources administration support.
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience working within a school business office environment would be an advantage
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, staff, students and other stakeholders
- Understanding of the need for confidentiality and sensitivity of information
- The ability to support the Christian ethos of the College.
