ICT Manager (Full Time Permanent)
Redeemer Lutheran College is seeking an experienced ICT Manager to take on this permanent full-time position, commencing as soon as possible.
The ICT Manager oversees the operation and maintenance of the College IT network infrastructure. The ICT Manager works closely with the IT Team, eLearning Coordinators and Curriculum Leaders to understand the vision of the College as a professional learning community as it relates to ICT.
The ICT Manager is required to effectively utilise the human and financial resources, as well as the facilities and resources of the College, to provide IT services that will support the learning and support programs of the College.
The ICT Manager is responsible for analysing the College’s processes and systems and effectively integrating them with the available technologies.
This position includes (but not limited to) the following:
- Network services
- Network and cyber security
- Network application management
- Server management
- Technical support and leadership
- Business systems analysis
- User support and help desk
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) platforms, with Nutanix exposure highly regarded.
- Advanced knowledge of the TASS School Management System, including configuration, user support, and integration with other systems would be highly regarded.
- Proficiency in administrative management of Schoolbox, with practical application in classroom environments would be highly regarded.
- Strong skills in MS SQL database management, including performance tuning, backup strategies and query optimization.
- Proven expertise in formulating and executing capital, operational and project budgets.
- Possess a high level of organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead staff and build capacity.
- The ability to support the Christian ethos of the College.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications (Bachelor or Master’s degree) in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar discipline.
