Payment Policy

There are four terms in a school year. Fees are payable by the term in advance. A fee account will be sent, and payment is due on the due date.

The due dates for term fees can also be located on the Fee Schedule. The College offers direct debit facilities on a fortnightly or monthly deduction schedule using the secure Westpac PayWay portal. These deductions can be set up from your credit card or bank account.

Any families experiencing difficulty meeting their payment obligations by the due date, are encouraged to contact the Business Office to discuss an acceptable alternative arrangement. The Business Office can be contacted via email: accounts@redeemer.com.au

Withdrawal of a student

The College plans and commits staffing and facilities in advance. Therefore, if at any time you choose to remove a son and/or daughter from the College, a minimum one full term’s notice must be provided in writing. If this notice is not given, you will be charged for the subsequent term’s fees. For example, if you wish to remove your child from the start of 2025, notice must be provided by the end of Term 3, 2024.
