Strategic Plan 2026-2030
Our Strategic Plan is a roadmap for our future. Developed by our College Council in collaboration with Executive, Staff and our community, this plan outlines our purpose, our approach and our intentions for the next five years. It captures the heart of our college and unpacks the direction for all to understand and follow.
Our core values of Curious, Courageous and Christ-led continue to underpin our foundations and remain central to our Purpose (our "why").
Redeemer: Free to Flourish 2030 articulates the College’s vision for the future and establishes a clear, purposeful direction towards 2030 and beyond. Building on a period of deep review, reflection, and community consultation, this Strategic Plan draws together the hopes, strengths, and aspirations of our community as we reaffirm our commitment to empowering curious, courageous, Christ‑led learners.
