Online Enrolment Form
The Redeemer Online Enrolment Form allows families to enrol online and pay via credit card. A non-refundable fee of $160.00 will be charged per enrolment.
In order to improve the ease of use of this application, we require your email address initially. An email will be sent to this address with a URL to continue the application at your convenience. Incomplete applications will be kept for 21 days.
Receipt of the application form and fee will be acknowledged in writing and an appointment made for an interview with the Head of relevant sub-school in due course. Please note that receipt of an application form does not guarantee acceptance. Preference is given to practising Lutheran families, Christian families, siblings of current students and past students, and children of past students.

Note: Year 7 in 2025 is now full. You are still welcome to submit an application for this year level, however, please note that the application will be placed on our waitlist at this point in time.
Before you start the application, please ensure that you have the following ready:
- Copy of the prospective student's birth certificate.
- Copies of school reports for the last two years.
- NAPLAN results: Year 3, 5, 7 and 9 - copies can be obtained from your child's school.
- Current medical reports i.e. allergies, asthma, diabetes.
- Any court or parenting orders that exist pertaining to the guardianship arrangements for the child.
- Attached documentation of immunisation status (only required for Prep entry), available from Medicare.
- Baptismal certificate (if available).
- Photo of the student, passport or similar size (optional).
- Passport (if travelling on a domestic Visa)
- Visa Documentation (Please note that we cannot accept applicants travelling on a Student Visa - sub class 500)
This form should take you approximately 30 minutes to complete providing you have all supporting information at hand.
