Teacher Assistant – Junior School (Fixed-Term)

The College is seeking a fixed-term Junior School Teacher Assistant, working Monday to Friday (term time only) for a total of 33 hours per week. This role will commence on 16 March 2026 and will conclude in December 2026, with a possibility for extension.
In this busy role, your day will comprise of (but not be limited to):
- assisting teachers and students in all class activities, including managing equipment and resources;
- participating in daily playground supervision and duties.
Skills and Experience:
- A high level of attention to detail
- A high level of organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team
- Ability to be flexible and responsive to the needs of students
- Experience working with students from a language background other than English
- Willingness to support the Christian ethos of the College
Qualifications
- Certificate III in School Based Education Support or equivalent
