A fun-filled day for our Early Years students
It was a big birthday party style event on Friday, 29 May as Redeemer students in Prep, Year 1, and Year 2 celebrated Under 8's Day. This annual Queensland celebration highlights the critical importance of "learning through play", a lesson our students were super keen to get involved in!

The day focused on curiosity, nurturing imagination, fostering play, exploration, and enjoying the vibrant energy of our most energetic group at Redeemer. They played musical chairs, had a disco dance-off, and waited very patiently but excitedly to have their face painted. But the most popular activity, by far, was the bubble blowers and wands! The air around the Junior School was filled with bubbles as the cohort enjoyed play on our brand new Early Years playground which opened earlier this year.
