Head of Admissions & Marketing – Full Time Permanent
The Head of Admissions and Marketing manages the community’s image and perception of Redeemer Lutheran College (the College), and leads, implements and manages the admissions process for local and international students from initial enquiry through to the arrival of a new student. This role presumes a sensitivity to the needs of all members of the College.
The Head of Admissions and Marketing will be committed to the College community and Christian ethos, ensuring that the College’s needs are met, and that the College’s values and heritage are represented.
Redeemer is a co-educational Christian school owned and operated by the Lutheran Church of Australia, Queensland District. As a school of the church, it holds that its fundamental role is to offer its students a sound and integrated education within the Christian tradition. Redeemer's motto is: Our Hope is in Christ.
The College is situated in Rochedale on Brisbane's south side, about 20km from the CBD, about 55km from the Gold Coast, and is easily accessible by the Pacific Highway and the Gateway Motorway.

Skills and experience:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business and/or marketing is highly desirable.
- Proven experience of very high level of administration skills and processes.
- Proven customer service or sales experience with outstanding people and inter-personal skills
- High levels of competence in the use of digital technologies for professional documentation and communication.

- SC.4 High level of competence in the use of digital technologies for professional documentation and communication.
- SC.5 Willingness to support the Christian Ethos of the College.
