Pastoral Care Coordinator Junior Years (Prep-Year 6)

Redeemer Lutheran College is seeking an experienced Pastoral Care Coordinator Junior School to take on this full-time permanent teaching position, with a fixed term Position of Added Responsibility (PAR – CL1), commencing 1 January 2026.

Redeemer is a co-educational Christian school owned and operated by the Lutheran Church of Australia, Queensland District. The College is situated in Rochedale on Brisbane's south side, about 20km from the CBD, about 55km from the Gold Coast, and is easily accessible by the Pacific Highway and the Gateway Motorway.

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrate strong Leadership
  • Demonstrate excellence in pastoral and restorative practices and associated programs
  • Have a strong working knowledge in areas of pedagogy, curriculum, assessment and the use of ICT’s
  • Work cooperatively with teachers, parents and other members of the Redeemer community
  • Provide excellent pastoral care to students
  • Be registered to teach in Queensland.

  • SC.5 Willingness to support the Christian Ethos of the College.
