All students are encouraged to participate in musical activities. All ensembles are intended to enrich students culturally, develop their musical skills and also provide a source of enjoyment. The Kleinschmidt Centre has individual teaching studios, music classrooms and an auditorium.

Redeemer's award-winning music program has developed a state-wide reputation with 21 quality ensembles in all three disciplines for students in Years 2-12.

A college musical is produced bi-annually. The production for 2017 was "The Music Man", and the 2019 was "Hello, Dolly!"

Performance Music

Redeemer Lutheran College regularly performs at various eisteddfodau and competitions, and also occasionally in concerts together with other Lutheran colleges.  Redeemer was proud to be a part of the Reformation 500 Celebration Concert at St Peters Lutheran College on 29 July 2017, together with five other Lutheran Colleges including Faith Redlands, Grace Rothwell & Caboolture, St Peters Indooroopilly & Springfield. The highlight of the night was a mass choir of 350 students conducted by Redeemer's Head of Performance Music, Mr David Law.
