Casual Teacher Assistants/Aides

Redeemer Lutheran College is seeking experienced teacher assistants who can work on a casual basis, be called in at short notice to work in across Prep to Year 12 classes as required.

To be successful in this position, you will meet the following criteria:

• Able to facilitate small group support to students with specific needs;
• Proven capacity for student support in a mixed ability classroom;
• Capacity to build rapport with students and staff;
• A high level of attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken):
• Support for the Christian ethos of the college.
